Leg day is three times a week for me. That's nothing. Actually when you squat more often through the week you are less sore and it is very good for fat burning and cardiovascular health. So shut up and squat!!
I really don't get why people hate squats. I guess it's because your legs have the biggest longest muscles in the body that when you fuck them out they get sore as fuck. But than again I thought soreness was the best part of working out(no pain no gain).
